University of Arizona Site Visit

Tour limited to 30 people – RSVP on ARCS Website by October 10, 2019
Schedule: Meet 7:45 am at STARBUCKS at 32nd St and Lincoln, 3165 E. Lincoln Dr.#120 Phoenix, AZ 85016, to ride the van together. There is good parking there and cars can be left safely for the day.
Depart: 8:00 am
10:30 arrive UA campus
10:45-11:15 meet Meinel Optical Sciences 1630 East University Blvd
11:20-11:50 short tour of one of the Scholar’s lab
11:50-12:00 short meeting with U of A Dean - Dorian Voorhees
12-1:30 lunch with the Scholars – Scholar lunch speaker
Lunch:
--Tasmanian Salmon served with Artichokes Barigoule and Celeric Puree (Gluten Free), or
--Dried Tomatoes, Herbs and Parmesan Cheese in Butter Parmesan Sauce Mushroom Agnolotti (Vegetarian). The lunch will include a salad and dessert as well.
