Benjamin Berman - UA Papadopoulos Scholar

Ben received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. His research is on compressed sensing design for medical imaging that allows us to acquire signals much faster by measuring fewer points, while maintaining a very high level of signal quality. For the radiologist and research scientist, this means higher quality images, and more time to access the machine and for the patient, this means more comfort during the procedure and a better diagnosis afterwards.
