Our Mission
ARCS Foundation, Inc. advances science and technology in the United States by providing financial awards to academically outstanding United States citizens studying to complete degrees in science, engineering and medical research. The ARCS Foundation Phoenix recipient universities are Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University and University of Arizona.
Our Impact
Since the founding of the first ARCS Chapter in 1958 after the launch of Sputnik, Chapters nationwide have awarded in excess of $139 million to the brightest STEM scholars in the United States. ARCS Foundation Phoenix has awarded 1,278 scholar awards for a total of $8,493,900 to Arizona's three major state universities.
